Vice-dean´s Decree for Re-admission to Bachelor and Continuation Master Programmes of the Faculty of Nuclear Sciences and Physical Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague

The Decree addresses students of the Faculty of Nuclear Sciences and Physical Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague (further referred to as FNSPE) who failed to complete their Programme of Study and seek readmission to Bachelor or Continuation Master Programmes.

1. Submission of applications is subject to Notifications of Admission Procedures to the Bachelor or Master Continuation Programmes of FNSPE and the respective alternative or extraordinary term of admission.
2. By the time of re-enrolment to the new programme, the student is required to have terminated the previous Programme of Study.
3. Upon re-admission, the student is entitled to apply for recognition of successfully passed courses taken in his/her previous Programme.
4. However, according to the Study and Examination Regulations for CTU students, Article 13, Point 10, only those courses that have not been completed more than five years (by the date of the second enrollment) can be recognized.
5. 5. In order to recognize courses, it is necessary to submit the relevant application (and recognition sheet) addressed to the study department of the faculty.
6. On the basis of the submitted application, only courses completed at FJFI will be automatically recognized, which were either completed with a separate credit (with the exception of courses with codes BP12, VU12 and DP12), or were completed with a graded assessment, or an exam with a grade of A, B, or C.
7. The head of the department, which guarantees the study program in which the student is newly enrolled, will decide on the possible recognition of other courses.
8. To apply for recognition of courses completed at another CTU faculty or another university, a list of completed courses and their syllabus confirmed by the school must be submitted.
