Vice-dean´s Decree No. 3/2024 on Cancelling Registration for the Final State Examination and Completion of Study Obligations before Taking the Final State Examination

Final State Examinations – February

Students registered for the February term of the Final State Examination must complete their study obligations no later than 17 January 2025, which – should the case be so - is the latest date for cancelling their registration for the Final State Examination. No end-of-term-assessments and examinations will be administered after the above closing date.

Graduation Ceremony will take place on Friday 30 June 2025.

Final State Examination – June

Students registered for the June term of the Final State Examination must complete their study obligations no later than 23 May 2025, which- should the case be so - is the latest date for cancelling their registration for the Final State Examination. No end-of-term-assessments and examinations will be administered after the above closing date.

Graduation ceremony will take place on Friday 30 June 2025.

Final State Examination – September

Students registered for the September term of the Final State Examination must complete their study obligations no later than 15 August 2025, which – should the case be so - is the latest date for cancelling their registration for the Final State Examination. No end-of-term-assessments and examinations will be administered after the above closing date.

Graduation ceremony will take place on Friday 24 October 2025.

If a student cannot attend the Graduation Ceremony, an apology must be made to the Study Office.

Within fourteen days after the Final State Examination, a certificate of an exit medical examination must be delivered to the Study Office.

The student status expires the day following the defence of Bachelor Project and successful passage of the Final State Examination. The student is required to notify thereof the respective health insurance company and all subjects offering student discounts.
